Quality and Order Preparation

Every artwork ordered on PapMam.art is a special creation, designed with particular care to ensure superior quality. Our digital prints, numbered and certified, are the result of a deep commitment to artistic excellence. We allocate a suitable production period for each piece, generally ready for shipment within 10 working days after your order.

Flexible Delivery Options

We understand the importance of receiving your order in a convenient and secure manner.

• Home Delivery with Signature:  Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your home. For added security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe: Your order will arrive in 2 to 6 working days after dispatch.
• International: For orders outside of Europe, please allow 9 to 10 working days for delivery.

Please note that our delivery times are estimated and do not account for potential delays at customs, which can vary by country. While it is possible for deliveries to arrive faster than expected, they can also take longer. Should there be any delay, our team is readily available to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Easy Order Tracking

• Confirmation and Tracking: As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Status Check: You can check the status of your order at any time through the “My Account” section on our site.
• Assistance: If you encounter any tracking issues, do not hesitate to contact us with the details of your order for prompt assistance.

Safe and Secure Packaging

Art prints are carefully shipped in a protective cardboard tube, double-packaged for maximum security.

Cancellation Policy

• Possible Cancellation: You can cancel your order before we begin its preparation, which starts 24hours after payment.

Please be aware that it is not possible to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. Each print is uniquely produced for you and includes an exclusive hologram from the Papmam studio. As these products are made to order, they cannot be returned.

Tax Information and Right of Withdrawal

• Outside EU Taxes: Local fees (sales tax, customs duties) may apply depending on your region. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
• Notification for EU Consumers: In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
